This compilation (Part I and Part 2) took me a good weeks' worth of time to put together. I love watching your videos. You guys have the BEST fitness and comment channels on Youtube. I just got out of the U.S. Army yesterday (21 September). It feels great to be a civilian again. Thanks for serving in the U.S. Marines.
A little bit about the way this mix was put together: I tried to make this dedication mix short, but that would have been impossible. There is just way too much great content on both your channels, and I'm eager to see more political uploads and gaming uploads, as are many more of your fans.
To make this short, I want to give a shout out to you guys. Im 29 years old, so seeing how fit you guys are at 37 gives me inspiration. I'll be practicing Taekwondo again soon now that I'm out of the U.S. Army. I served for 4.5 years and been deployed to Iraq. I was injured in OCS (Officer Candidate School) back in July 2010. Since then I've been on nine months on crutches and two months on a cane. This October or last week of this month I should be walking normal again. I'm now hitting the gym twice a day because I gained 80 pounds since OCS. Im going to post before and after photos showing my progress. I hope to get back into my previous condition soon, and then get in even better shape later on.
Since I injured my left hip, I will have to take my fitness nice and easy, but focusing on weightlifting to get in peak condition again. If you want, you can watch my new fitness pictures upload coming up soon, showing how I used to look. I should be posting it pretty soon.
Please keep up the great work. I love seeing the workout videos. I agree 100% that compound movements are the way to go. By the way, have you guys tried Re-built Mass by GNC? That mass gainer (the yellow and white one) gave me the muscle to go from a regular 135/225 lbs bench press all the way to a 275/315+ bench press, all in just one month. Other than that I agree with the Jack3d. I use C-4 from cellucor just to try something new. I used to use Super Pump 250/MAX. But I think I'll go back to either MAX or Jack3d.
I also am a big fan of your comment videos. They are the BEST on youtube. Far more entertaining than RayWilliamJohnson. And he is leading youtube. YOU guys should be leading youtube! Fitness and comedy are essential to a strong and happy life. You guys are helping all of us with your videos.
Peace and Love forever. This is my HUGE shout out to the ever growing famous HODGE TWINS !!!! :D
May you guys live to do whatever the FUCK !!! You wanna doooooo !!!
Picked up a couple cool prepping items and wanted to show you. Thanks for watching. Remember to check out thepreppersite.com for free info and downloads to help you along to way...
A knife is a must have in any situation. But having a knife means nothing if you have no idea how to use it. Just like a gun you need to get what is right for you, not what is suggested to you. Please remember to get what your comfortable with and learn how to use it. Keep it sharp and clean and you will get the best results out of it. Thank you for watching....
Temperature doubles at Spent Fuel Pool No. 3 — Up 70% at SFP No. 6
Temperature at No.2 reactor remains high
Attempts to cool the temperature in the No. 2 reactor of the disabled Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant have only partially succeeded despite the injection of more cooling water.
The temperature in the reactor has gradually risen from about 45 degrees Celsius registered on January 27th.
In the past 4 days, the temperature has climbed more than 20 degrees to above 70 degrees.
The plant operator, Tokyo Electric Power Company began pumping more water into the reactor at around 1:30 AM on Monday. But at 7 AM, the temperature stood at 73.3 degrees and at 5 PM, 69.2 degrees.
The utility firm says 2 other thermometers elsewhere in the reactor gave readings of about 44 degrees.
TEPCO says the rise in temperatures indicate that the flow of water in the reactor may have changed direction after plumbing work, and is no longer able to properly cool down the melted down nuclear fuel.
However, the utility says radioactive xenon has not been detected in gases around the reactor, and that nuclear criticality is not taking place.
The government and TEPCO announced in December that the 3 troubled reactors at the Fukushima plant had reached a state of cold shutdown with their temperatures below 100 degrees. But the situation inside the reactors remains unclear.
New regulations established after the state of cold shutdown was achieved require the utility to keep temperatures inside the reactors below 80 degrees.
TEPCO says it will increase the amount of water being injecting into the reactor to see if the temperature in the reactor drops.
The government's Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency says there is a need for a comprehensive study to determine whether the reactor is actually in a state of cold shutdown. It says a brief reading of over 80 degrees on one of the thermometers does not necessarily mean there is trouble in the cooling system.
Meanwhile, the Chairman of the Nuclear Safety Commission, Haruki Madarame, says that a recurrence of nuclear criticality is unlikely.
But he criticized TEPCO and the nuclear safety agency for their handling of the matter. He says they are failing to properly explain the state of the reactors to the people.

Meanwhile, 2 BILLION DOLLARS paid by Nuclear Power companies to bribe prefectures.
Also, South Korea to help Turkey build nuclear plants.
