31,000 "scientists" disagree with climate change? You mean family doctors and veterinarians?

The supposed 31,000 "scientists" that signed the Petition Project against global warming are actually not climatologists, geologists, meteorologists, and most aren't even legitimate scientists. See the list yourself here http://www.oism.org/pproject/s33p333.htm and Google random names. Most either just bounce back to the list or reveal that these are just doctors, nurses, veterinarians, professors in unrelated fields, and various other professionals with no background in climate science whatsoever. Climate deniers number one argument, debunked. Very easily. Also Google pretty much any organization or publication that denies global warming can be traced back to big business or conservative ties.

On Richard Carrier, part 1

Table of Contents: http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=781A6127A6CD71A9 The following interview is with Dr. William Lane Craig. He shares his thoughts on his debate with atheist Richard Carrier. You can listen to the debate here (audio quality is poor): http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=262AC75B38B29242 Many atheists were hoping and anticipating Richard Carrier would single-handedly defeat famed Christian apologist Dr. William Lane Craig. To their disappointment, Carrier lost the debate. Carrier performed so badly*, he even admitted he lost: "As I had predicted, I didn't win the debate."**: * - You can find this quote at Richard Carriers blogsite entitled "Craig Debate Wrap" dated March 30, 2009: "I wasn't happy with my performance. My rebuttals were disorganized, I stumbled over sentences too often, and my time management was poor (I didn't hit all the points I wanted to). On all three points I learned a great deal, which will improve my proficiency in future debates considerably. I fully acknowledge Craig's skills as a debater are far more polished than mine (or anyone's), but I knew that going in." ** - Ibid Note: Reasonable Faith is now managing the drcraigvideos YouTube channel! 8. The Easter Debate: Richard Carrier's 1st rebuttal

This may have been the most highly anticipated debate between an atheist and a Christian on the resurrection of Jesus in 2009. William Lane Craig is known for his articulation and defense of Christianity. He single-handedly defeats his opponents one after another. Richard Carrier was the hopeful who would finally beat Craig and his position on Jesus' resurrection. Much to the atheists', secularists', and Carrier's fans' (indeed, Carrier calls his followers "fans") disappointment Carrier failed to deliver and was soundly defeated. What was most significant about the debate was the expose on the absurdity of Carrier's position on Jesus - his theories on the Gospels and Jesus are so fringe and radical (that's comparable to Robert M. Price's*) one questions whether he's a competent historian despite having a PhD in history. Having a reputation as an arrogant, obnoxious, immature, and shameless self-promoter on the web (many impressionable freshmen see him as a brilliant genius**), many critics felt that Carrier got the punishment he deserved... all thanks to Dr. Craig. Table of Contents: http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=262AC75B38B29242 William Lane Craig's post-debate thoughts: http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=781A6127A6CD71A9 William Lane Craig's Q&A on Jesus' resurrection: http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=CB369C15037FEDC8 * - William Lane Craig actually debated Robert M. Price. MP3 here: http://www.bringyou.to/CraigPriceDebate.mp3 ** - Apparently, Carrier also thinks of himself as a genius having said, "I am no less a philosopher than Aristotle or Hume. My knowledge, education, and qualifications certainly match theirs in every relevant respect." Note: Reasonable Faith is now managing the drcraigvideos YouTube channel! Did Jesus Rise from the Dead? (William Lane Craig vs Richard Carrier)

http://drcraigvideos.blogspot.com - (March 18, 2009) William Lane Craig and Richard Carrier debate at Northwest Missouri State University. This is by far one of the most bizarre opponents Dr. Craig had to debate on the resurrection of Jesus. Carrier (who has a popular Internet following from young atheists) holds rather fringe and radical views of Jesus. Some of his thoughts cannot be found in scholarly New Testament circles. Nevertheless, Dr. Craig defeated Carrier with ease. In fact, Carrier did so bad he even admitted he lost (although he tried to butch up by saying he lost only on a technicality. No, Richard, you lost in every conceivable way. Really, you did). Here's Dr. Craig's post-debate thoughts: http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=781A6127A6CD71A9 Note: Reasonable Faith is now managing the drcraigvideos YouTube channel!
